Digital Concil of Thailand (DCT), led by Mr. Suphachai Chearavanont, Chairman of DCT,  and its partners have been working together continuously pushing for the Capital Gains Tax waiver. The new law on such tax waiver has finally been annouced recently.

The new taxation measure aiming at driving investment in startups has been officially announced since 14th June 2022. The measure speacifically waives capital gains tax for investments in Thai startups.
