SEC announced registration process for Thai VC / PE Trust to be eligible for capital gains tax exemption when invest in Startups
The Royal Decree on income tax exemption for gains in investment in Startup (No. 750) requires that Thai VC and PE Trust must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC has therefore announced details for registration process as follows :
